    In the BwellAware course, Mark and Brad have formulated a compact and effective bundle of learning. I was pretty organized and effective in my life already, but the topics and techniques I learned in this course have taken me to the next level. I am in better physically shape, I am experiencing deeper connection with my wife, and I have tools to get me back on track (and keep me there) when I stray. I highly recommend BwellAware.

    I am noticing that certain keystone habits are sticking with me. The tracker concept that Mark and Brad have introduced to me has been the most powerful game changer for me. It forces me to BE AWARE of what I am doing or not doing during the day, both with personal and business habits that I want to add to my life. This has been money well invested.

    I’ve done programs like this off an on for the last 35 years and my results in this class were great! I cut my expenses by $300 a month, I make my bed every morning and now my whole life is more “pick up” and organized, I’ve meditated every day for 4.5 months and I’ve been expanding my social circle by having at least one social event every week. This program sticks to the most foundational principles of how change really works which include simple things like the daily tracker but as anyone who has used one of these tools knows that tools won’t work unless you use them all the time. The class teaches how to keep yourself on track by engaging others in your journey and being both encouraged and held accountable by your group. If you’re interested in making a real change toward what you truly value in life I can’t think of a better way to do it than taking one of these classes.
